Chef - Aged CareRetirement

Must be an Aged Care experienced Chef who can handle the responsibility of a small team and who can work independently 

The role:

Cater Care seeks to appoint an enthusiastic Permanent Part-Time Chef at one of our key aged care sites in Mosman,NSW. 

Roster:

Saturday and Sunday 9.00am -5.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Preparing & presenting food for our residents
• Support bulk cooking operations
• Provide excellent customer service 
• Maintaining a clean working environment
• Adherence to food & general safety practices
• Preparing and presenting texture-modified foods

Your background:

• Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
• A Food Safety Supervisor Certificate 
• Previous experience in a similar role 
• Ability to work independently and as part of the team
• Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail
