We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen at a premium restaurant in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on culinary leader who is driven by quality, consistency, and exceptional guest experience.
You will be responsible for managing all kitchen operations, designing seasonal menus focused on premium steaks and modern grill cuisine, and leading a dedicated kitchen team in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
Oversee daily kitchen operations, service, and food preparation
Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
Manage food cost, stock control, and waste reduction
Design and update steakhouse-focused menus
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a steakhouse or fine dining restaurant
Strong leadership and team management skills
Passion for premium beef, grilling techniques, and modern plating
Ability to perform under pressure in a busy service environment
Good understanding of labour cost and kitchen operations
