We are dedicated to delivering premium steaks and an exceptional dining experience. Our focus is on quality ingredients, excellent food preparation, and outstanding customer service. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a reliable and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Line Cook – Pan Section to help deliver high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items on the pan section while maintaining consistency, cleanliness, and food safety standards.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in their work, and has a passion for cooking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items on the pan section according to recipes and restaurant standards.

  • Ensure all ingredients, sauces, and cooking stations are prepared and organised before service.

  • Maintain consistent food quality and presentation.

  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Head Chef or Sous Chef.

  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures.

  • Keep the kitchen and workstations clean and organised at all times.

  • Work efficiently during busy service periods.

  • Assist with receiving and storing deliveries when required.

  • Support other kitchen sections and team members as needed.

About You

  • Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen, preferably in a pan section role.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements.

  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Relevant hospitality or cookery qualifications are an advantage but not essential.
