Olympus Dining is looking for a Chef de Partie to support leadership of our Prep Kitchen operation. Working closely with our Head Chef and Kitchen Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining the quality, organisation and consistency that drive every service.

Part of The Apollo Restaurant Group, Olympus sits alongside iconic venues including The Apollo, Cho Cho San, Greca and Yoko Dining.

What You'll Do
  • Lead daily prep operations and manage production requirements
  • Maintain stock levels, ordering and inventory systems
  • Complete stocktakes and support cost control initiatives
  • Ensure exceptional food quality, consistency and food safety standards
  • Support and mentor junior kitchen team members
What We're Looking For
  • Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Experience with ordering and stock management
  • Passion for quality food and professional kitchen standards
  • Positive attitude and team-first approach
