The Role

We are seeking a friendly and passionate Production Chef to join our busy and dynamic kitchen team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation and production of high-quality ready-to-eat meals and food items, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and adherence to our high standards.

Reporting to the Head Chef, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining product quality and ensuring compliance while supporting large-scale food preparation in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and produce high-quality meals in line with recipes and production schedules
Maintain consistency, portion control, and presentation across all products
Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Assist with bulk food preparation and efficient kitchen workflow
Monitor stock levels, minimise waste, and handle ingredients with care
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient production environment

About You:

4 years of experience in a production kitchen, or similar high-volume environment
Availability on one day of the weekend
Strong knife skills and understanding of food preparation techniques
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
Understanding of portion control, food safety, and quality standards
A strong work ethic and passion for producing quality food
