About Our Client

Our client is a leading facilities management provider supporting the resources and energy sector. They are committed to delivering quality catering services, maintaining high safety standards, and creating exceptional experiences for their workforce.


What You Will Be Doing

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to cover a roster from 23rd June to 7th July.

You will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure high-quality meal service, manage stock and food costs, and lead the kitchen team to maintain exceptional food safety and customer service standards. You willl work 12 hour day shifts, for the two weeks straight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the kitchen team

  • Manage food production, menus, and stock control

  • Monitor food costs and kitchen performance

  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

What You Will Need

  • Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery

  • Previous experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role

  • Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety requirements

  • Ability to lead teams in a high-volume environment

  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical testing on short notice
