About the Role

As our Chef, you will be responsible for delivering consistently excellent food, maintaining high kitchen standards, and supporting the ongoing growth of our food offering.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality breakfast and lunch menu items

• Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion control

• Assist with menu planning, seasonal updates, and daily specials

• Oversee food preparation & stock rotation

• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards

• Assist with ordering, stock management, and minimising waste

• Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams

About You

• Qualified Chef with previous experience in a commercial kitchen

• Strong breakfast and lunch service experience

• Ability to work efficiently and remain calm under pressure

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills

• Sound knowledge of food safety and kitchen compliance requirements

• Positive attitude with a strong team focus

• Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering high standards
