We are currently seeking an experienced cook to join our separately branded Refuelled Cafe Team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a market leading Dealership which has a sales culture that is based around genuine energy and enthusiasm and is structured for professionals who thrive on achievement.

Purpose of the role include:

The sole purpose of these candidates will be to provide our Dealership Guests, Refuelled Regulars and Aspley Mazda Team members amazing food with pride, passion and with a welcoming smile. 

The working times are day shifts only and Monday through Friday (i.e. no Weekend or night shifts).

To be considered for the role you will need:

• Ability to ensure visually appealing food presentation

• Capacity to work autonomously

• Proficiency in maintaining kitchen equipment and cleanliness standards

• Competence in preparing and cooking dishes according to our recipes

• Adherence to food safety regulations, including proper food preparation and storage practices in line with HACCP legislation

• Capability to organize daily tasks and excellent time management  

• Positive attitude and collaborative spirit

• Compliance with relevant workplace health and safety regulations

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience

• Strong understanding of food hygiene principles and possession of food handling certification
