Chef or Cook

BAR CiNO at Pelican Waters Marina is looking for a daytime Chef serving an All Day Menu.

Amazing working hours 7am to 3pm Wednesday to Sunday.

Most of the menu is complete, with recipe cards, kitchen manual, prep checklists and service systems in place. We now need to work with a chef to fine tune everything.

We need someone confident enough to take ownership of the kitchen, organise prep, work with the current team, communicate clearly and make practical decisions quickly.

Remuneration:

·         $65k–$70k + super, depending on experience

 We are moving quickly and would like to speak with people who are available to start as soon as possible.
