Royal South Yarra Tennis Club situated in Toorak is a well-established, exclusive private members tennis club with over 100 years of history.

We are currently seeking to employ an experienced Full Time CHEF DE PARTIE to join our kitchen team to help deliver high quality food to our members dining room, bistro and function rooms.

The ideal candidate will be a positive and enthusiastic individual looking to work in a professional environment looking to develop their cooking skills and knowledge.

Some Key Responsibilities include:

• Exceptional food standards, preparation, presentation, and cooking techniques.

• Work with the Sous Chef and Head Chef, to meet all day to day kitchen expectations and objectives. 

• Maintain a positive work environment.

• Ensure the highest possible standard of hygiene.

• Cultivate a positive work environment.

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Appropriate trade qualification.

• Previous experience as a chef de Partie.

• Works well within a team.

• Demonstrated ability to multitask.

• Passionate, creative and have a love of food.

• Must have full working rights in Australia
