As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running your section efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. You will work closely with our Head Chef and the team in a fast-paced, professional kitchen.
Manage and maintain your section during prep and service.
Previous Chef de Partie or section management experience preferred but not essential.
Prepare and present dishes to a high standard.
Ensure consistency, quality, and portion control.
Assist with stock management and inventory control.
Follow food safety and HACCP procedures.
HACCP certification must be held at time of application.
Support and mentor junior kitchen staff.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Work collaboratively with the front and back of house teams.
Minimum 1-2 years commercial kitchen experience required.
Valid work visa acceptable for Australian work rights.
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards.
Ability to work calmly under pressure in a busy service environment.
Reliable, organised, and team-oriented.
Passion for quality food and hospitality.
