We’re looking for a fulltime Chef de Partie to join our new hotel; someone who brings energy, reliability, and care to every plate. You’ll support daily kitchen operations, help deliver fresh, flavour-forward dishes, and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive environment.

About the Role

As Chef de Partie, you will oversee the daily operations of your section, ensuring exceptional food quality, smooth service flow, and strong team coordination across all meal periods. You’ll support the Head Chef in maintaining operational standards and delivering memorable guest experiences, while fostering a positive and professional kitchen environment.

You will supervise Demi Chef de Parties, Commis Chefs, Cooks, and Kitchen Attendants, acting as a hands-on leader and role model within the team. This is a fulltime position, either AM or PM shifts.

Reporting to the Head Chef, you will:

• Oversee daily operations of your section, ensuring consistency and efficiency

• Complete mise en place and maintain high plating and quality standards

• Monitor stock, minimise waste, and support food cost control

• Uphold hygiene, FIFO, and safety standards

• Supervise and mentor junior team members

• Collaborate with Front of House to enhance the guest experience

What you bring:

• Experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong Demi ready to step up)

• Strong organisation and attention to detail

• Passion for modern cuisine and sustainability
