For the last 14 years Elk has been one of Australia's most recognised café destinations. Located opposite the beach in Broadbeach, we serve thousands of guests each week and remain passionate about delivering exceptional food, coffee and hospitality.
We're looking for a chef who loves being part of a busy, high-performing kitchen and takes genuine pride in what leaves the pass.
Is passionate about food and hospitality
Has proven experience in a fast-paced breakfast or café environment
Enjoys working within a strong team culture
Thrives during busy services
Has high standards for cleanliness, organisation and consistency
Wants to continue learning, developing and growing as a chef
Brings positive energy to the kitchen every day
No split shifts

A busy, well-established venue with a strong reputation
Input into seasonal menu development
