Hey Jupiter Brasserie is a busy venue located in the vibrant East End of the city. We are seeking a talented, experienced and hard working chef to join our team. We are open 7 days a week serving classical French cuisine for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
One full time chef position available, but casual position also available for the right person - nights and weekends essential
The right person for the job MUST
Candidates must possess valid Australian work rights
-Hold at least a relevant certificate III with 2 years work experience (or overseas
equivalent)
-Have a genuine interest and demonstrated experience in French cuisine and cooking techniques. Must be willing to continue growing, learning and studying in French cookery.
-Have a keen eye for detail and presentation, maintain the strictest level of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene and be highly organised and punctual.
- Be self motivated and ambitious, passionate about food and enjoy what you do.
-Enjoy working under pressure, being busy and productive at all times.
- Be able to work closely with others, be good natured and contribute positively to the team dynamic.
-Be available weekends and nights.
This is a Full Time salaried position.
