What You'll Do

• Prepare fresh, high-quality meals while maintaining strong presentation and portion control
• Manage bulk cooking requirements in a fast-paced kitchen setting
• Work independently and confidently manage daily kitchen operations
• Support food preparation, kitchen cleaning and dishwashing activities
• Deliver excellent customer service and create positive guest experiences
• Follow food safety and workplace health and safety standards at all times

About You

• Previous cooking experience within a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Ability to work independently and stay organised under pressure
• Comfortable preparing meals in larger volumes
• Positive approach with strong customer service skills
• Holds or is willing to obtain a Food Safety Supervisor certification
• Available for a minimum of 3 shifts across a 6-day roster
