Fish at the Rocks is seeking a qualified chef to join its kitchen team on a full time basis.
The succesful canditate will work closely with the head chef and broader kitchen team to support daily kitchen operations while maintaining high standards of food quality , presentation , hygiene and consistency.
The role is ideally suited to a chef with experience in seafood a-la-carte restaurants.
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this role applicants should possess a minium of 4 years experience in a busy commercial kitchen enviroment.
You must be able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast paced enviroment with a sound knowledge of food safety , seafood handling , storage and hygiene requirements.
A food safety supervisor certificate would be benifical .
Employment Requirements
You must be prepared to work lunch/ dinner shifts and weekends.
You will need to have current working rights status to work fulltime in Australia.
