At ISS, our employees, whom we call "placemakers" are at the heart of everything we do. Empowered by world-class resources and driven by purpose, they are united by a passion to make a real difference every day.
ISS is searching for an experienced and motivated Chef to join our fast-paced kitchen operations working Fly-In-Fly-Out (FIFO) roster from Perth Airport to our remote sites throughout Western Australia. In this role, you will be working on a 2:1 roster, giving you the balance to enjoy life outside of work. Reporting to the Head Chef/Village Manager, you’ll showcase your culinary skills in a dynamic remote mining environment while supporting the catering team to deliver high-quality meals and a positive on-site dining experience for residents.
Working 10-12 hour days in demanding, remote environments means solid fitness and resilience are essential. If you’re driven, self-motivated, and ready for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you.
As Chef, you will participate in kitchen operations while working with fellow qualified chefs to deliver nutritious, high-quality meals with consistency and pride.
In this role, you will:
Lead with Impact: Live our HERO values by working with honesty, taking responsibility for kitchen standards, and supporting the team to deliver exceptional meals every day.
