About the Job.

As Sous chef you will closely with the Head Chef to deliver a great product and service to guests. The role is to manage and run service whilst assisting junior chefs when required. You will be working within a professional environment where the team get along well and are supported by management. Working with genuinely very high end produce, we are looking for solid fine dining experience.

The group offers exceptional dining across their venues in Sydney and Melbourne.

Skills & Experience

Ideally we are looking for an experienced Sous who has a background within highr end restaurants. We are looking for someone who can fit into a close knit team and relate to the front of house teams. Someone who takes pride in what they do and enjoys assisting / guiding junior chefs when required. Utilising high end produce the menu one that will both challenge and reward.
