Set beneath a beautiful fig tree on a bustling corner, we bring together seasonal produce, exceptional wines and genuine hospitality in a restaurant designed for long lunches, memorable dinners and everything in between.

We're looking for a passionate Cook or Chef who loves great ingredients, takes pride in their craft and wants to be part of building something special.

This is an opportunity to work in a creative, professional kitchen where quality, consistency and team culture matter.

The Role

Working alongside our leadership team, you will assist with the preparation and execution of our seasonal menu while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

You will be involved in:

• Food preparation and service

• Maintaining consistency across all menu items

• Managing your section during service

• Assisting with stock control and ordering

• Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards

• Supporting menu development and seasonal specials

• Contributing to a positive and professional kitchen culture

About You

You are someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality and takes pride in delivering exceptional food.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Cook, Commis Chef, Chef de Partie or similar role

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• A positive attitude and team-first mentality

• The ability to work calmly under pressure

• A passion for seasonal produce and quality ingredients

• Understanding of food safety and kitchen operations

• Availability to work a mix of days, nights and weekends
