About the Role
Kirra Beach House is seeking an experienced Pizza Chef to take the lead on our Pizza Section. You’ll support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional dining across weddings, corporate functions, and large-scale celebrations- all with the consistency and quality the venue is known for.

From planning to execution, you’ll oversee menu delivery, procurement, prep, and team coordination to ensure your sections runs smoothly

Duties

You'll work closely with our chefs to ensure smooth operations, collaborating with a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities include managing and coordinating all dine-in orders, handling fast-paced restaurant operations, and prepping and creating delicious pizzas.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in a similar role

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience specifically as a pizza chef is required

• Minimum 6 months of experience working with high hydration pizza dough is required

• Full working rights in Australia

• A calm and professional approach to your work

• Strong communication skills

About Site Hospitality

About You
You have at least one year of Pizza experience in a high-volume kitchen, with strong leadership, organization, and calm under pressure.
