About the Role
  • Full-time position based in Ryde
  • Early morning starts required
  • Immediate start available

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and baking of a wide variety of pastries, cakes, and baked goods
  • Cake decorating and finishing to a high professional standard
  • High-volume, consistent production of cakes and pastries
  • Maintain excellent hygiene standards and a clean, organized kitchen

Requirements
  • Certificate III or higher in Patisserie or Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar pastry or bakery production role
  • Strong cake decorating and finishing skills
  • Solid baking knowledge and exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Own transport highly preferred due to early start times
