Chef/Cook – Full Time | Part Time | Casual | Apprenticeship Opportunity

The Inverell RSM Club is seeking a passionate and experienced Chef or Cook to join our Catering Team. You’ll be part of a supportive kitchen environment, preparing quality meals for our Bistro customers and helping deliver an exceptional dining experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing and cooking a wide range of dishes to a consistently high standard

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised kitchen

• Assisting with menu planning, food preparation, and service delivery

• Supporting and guiding junior team members

• Managing stock rotation, inventory, and cost control

• Collaborating with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a similar hospitality environment

• Sound knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• A genuine passion for creating fresh, high-quality dishes using local ingredients

• Team-focused attitude with great communication skills

• Formal qualifications such as Certificate III in Commercial Cookery are highly desirable
