We're hiring experienced and driven:
Chef de Partie
Both full time and casual opportunities are available.
In this role, you will take ownership of your section, ensuring service runs smoothly while maintaining consistency and quality across all dishes. You will support the head chef in day-to-day- operations, run the pass when required and coordinate service & maintain plating standards.
2+ years experience in a similar role
Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced kitchens
Strong organisational skills and the ability to run your section efficiently during service
Resilience and the ability to perform during busy service periods
A strong work ethic and "can do" attitude
Ability to work autonomously and within a team
Excellent communication skills
Solid understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
Willingness to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
Australian work rights required
