Featuring 71 newly refurbished rooms, a restaurant and bar, and a commitment to exceptional hospitality, our hotel is nestled between Kings Park and the Swan River, just minutes from Perth’s CBD.

About the Role:

• Prepare and serve à la carte breakfast (weekend buffet breakfast) and dinner menus.

• Work between 24-30 hours per week on a part-time basis.

• Ensure high-quality presentation and consistency in all dishes.

• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards.

• Immediate start available.

About You:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

• Strong skills in preparing and plating breakfast / dinner dishes.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills.

• Passion for food and delivering exceptional dining experiences.

• Able to cover annual leave and personal leave when necessary.
