25+ Hours pw
The Hilton Hotel (SA 5033) is seeking experienced and enthusiastic Pizza chef to join our kitchen team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas to the highest standard

• Hand stretch dough and manage dough preparation daily

• Prepare all pizza bar toppings and maintain the pizza station

• Operate and manage a Marana Forni oven with confidence

• Ensure consistent quality, presentation and timely delivery of all pizzas

• Maintain quality control

What we're looking for

• Minimum one year experience as a Pizza Chef

• Australian work rights are required for this position

• Strong hand-stretching dough abilities and experience with brick oven

• Excellent time management skills

• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills

• Passion for food and delivering an exceptional customer experience

• Food safety and hygiene knowledge (certification preferred)
