This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate culinary professional to work in a high-quality butcher, food andwine-focused environment, where premium ingredients and expert craftsmanship take centre stage.
As a Casual Production Chef / Cook, you will play a key role in supporting our Production team, maintaining exceptional food quality, and deliver outstanding products that showcase our commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking, an understanding of large scale production, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented setting.

Assist in Kitchen production to deliver consistent, high-quality products
Date rotation and stock management
Enforcing all aspects of safe food handling requirements during packing and dispatch (current food handlers certificate is a plus)
Assisting in routine stocktaking
Receiving stock from internal and external suppliers
Maintaining high cleaning standards of the department
