What You'll Do

Create Great Food & Memorable Guest Experiences!

As a Chef de Partie, you'll play a key role in delivering quality food experiences across our café, bistro, takeaway and events operations.

• Prepare and present high-quality meals across café, bistro, takeaway and events

• Manage your section and support smooth daily kitchen operations

• Maintain food safety, hygiene and quality standards at all times

• Assist with stock rotation, waste control and kitchen organisation

• Work closely with the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences

What You'll Bring

You're a passionate and reliable chef who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in delivering quality food every time.

·       Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)

·       Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Demi Chef or experienced Commis Chef

·       Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations

·       Positive attitude with the ability to work well under pressure

·       Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and peak holiday periods

All final applicants for this role must provide evidence of a current Blue Card (Working with Children Check) before starting work.
