Pipi's Mediterranean Restaurant in Coolangatta, is eagerly seeking a passionate & experienced Chef de Partie to assist our enthusiastic & motivated kitchen team. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will work with the team to deliver incredible guest experiences and desserts in line with our reputation.

2. Expertise through previous A la carte experience in quality restaurants and/or 5 star hotels

4. A creative flair and eye for detail

5. Pastry skills advantageous

6. Strong work ethic, with the ability to deliver with quality consistently

7. Sound knowledge of kitchen safety standards and sanitary rules

8. Willingness to take direction and contribute to the team's success
