Starting salary of $75,972 per annum plus 12% Superannuation

The ideal candidate will have a current Australian trade Chef qualification and 2+ years cooking experience.
We have an experienced team of Senior Chefs to provide on the job training in various cooking styles, service operations and managing food costs. You will also learn from experienced Managers in people management and profitability.
About the Torrens Arms Hotel (the TA):
The TA has been an institution of quality and consistency in hospitality service for decades. Loved by locals from near and far, it features a fantastic indoor/outdoor area with huge LED bigscreen TV that's a great nightlife location and perfect for watching your favourite live sport. There's casual and table service dining options to provide choice of service styles, and a fantastic menu with a great range to choose from.
The TA has recently completed a significant renovation with a big expansion to the TA Bar outdoor area with a huge new screen, new kitchen and services, plus a renovation to all of the customer areas in the TA Bar, Lounge Bar, Restaurant, casual dining areas and a completely new Gaming room.
