What you'll do:

• Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to menu standards

• Supporting smooth kitchen operations in fast-paced environments

• Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient workspace

• Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations

• Assisting with stock rotation, inventory checks, and ordering

• Delivering consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control
  

What you'll have: 

• Experience across a variety of kitchen sections (such as breakfast, butchery, seafood, poultry, pastry, salads, canapés, sauces, stocks, etc.)

• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)

• A Blue Card (Working with Children Check) is highly recommended (but not essential)

• A strong work ethic, reliability, and confidence working in different venues
