About the Role;JNW INTERNATIONAL GROUP PTY LTD is seeking an experienced and motivated Cook/Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals and maintaining food preparation standards in a busy kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards• Plan menus and estimate food requirements• Monitor food quality and presentation• Ensure food safety and hygiene requirements are met• Supervise kitchen operations where required• Manage stock and assist with ordering ingredients• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment

Requirements• Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery or related field preferred• Minimum 1-2years of relevant work experience• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Strong communication and teamwork skills• Knowledge of food safety standards
