Your Role

As a Chef, you’ll be a key player in our culinary team, ensuring every dish meets the highest standards. You’ll work closely with our Head Chef and contribute to menu innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to perfection

• Maintain organisation and cleanliness in your section

• Assist with menu development and seasonal specials

• Uphold food safety and hygiene standards

• Support and mentor junior chefs

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Chef or similar role

• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations

• Ability to thrive under pressure and work as part of a team

• Passion for food and attention to detail

• Availability for shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Culinary qualifications preferred
