About the role

Pompei's is looking for an experienced Cook to join our vibrant team in our Bondi Beach restaurant. This position provides opportunities for growth and development within our long established and much loved restaurant.

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing high-quality dishes to our exacting standards

2. Maintaining a clean, safe and efficient kitchen environment

3. Assisting with inventory management and ordering of kitchen supplies

4. Providing excellent customer service and contributing to a positive team environment

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cook or Chef in a similar hospitality setting

2. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate well in a team

3. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to food safety and quality standards

4. Passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to provide an exceptional dining experience
