Wait Staff & Cook 服务员厨师 - CasualPart-time Position

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Wait Staff & Cook to join our team at DongSheng restaurant in Launceston, Tasmania. This is a casual /part-time role, offering flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle.

We are recruiting for both separate wait staff positions and separate cook positions to meet our staffing requirements.

What you'll be doing

• Providing exceptional customer service to our valued guests

• Greeting and seating customers, taking orders, and ensuring prompt and accurate service

• Maintaining a clean and organised dining area

• Assisting with food preparation and restocking as needed

• Promoting our menu and specials to enhance the customer experience

• Handling cash and processing payments in a timely and accurate manner

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a similar waitstaff or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry

• Minimum of one year's experience in hospitality or wait staff positions is required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour

• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service

• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings
