About the Role …

We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Chefs with skills in both catering operations and a la carte restaurant experience for day and night shifts. Working a rotating roster within a tight knit team you'll be working alongside chefs with years of knowledge to further develop your skillset.

Key responsibilities include:

Working in a busy venue with a highly skilled team
Keeping a sharp attention to detail
Maintaining high standards with general kitchen practices
Assisting other chefs in the kitchen but also have the ability to run your own section if required
Ensure that food standards, preparation, presentation and cooking techniques are carried out according to established recipes and standards.

About you…

As someone with previous experience in the hospitality industry, you will possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You will have a willingness to build long-term relationships with our members and will have impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills.

To be successful in this role you would need to possess the following:

Qualified with a minimum Cert III in Commercial Cookery
Flexibility to work a rotating 7 days roster, with shifts varying between the hours of 7:00am and 9:30pm
Passion for your trade is as must!
Ability to maintain composure and consistently deliver a high quality of service in a fast-paced kitchen
Well organised and time management skills
Punctual and reliable team player
Have an eye for detail and able to work under pressure.
Work with minimal supervision and be a great team player.
Be driven to succeed and to progress.
