About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Chef / Cook to join our busy kitchen team. This is a dynamic role where you will be working across multiple stations, including the larder, woks, grill, and fryer sections, to deliver our modernised Asian menu.

Standard shifts start at 2:00 PM, with finish times extending to midnight on Saturdays. We also host functions and private events on weekends, which means you will occasionally work a split roster on weekends to cater to these busy events.

Key Responsibilities

• Confidently manage and operate across the larder, wok, grill, and fryer sections.

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality modern Asian dishes with speed and consistency.

• Manage prep work and ensure stations are fully stocked for busy dinner and late-night services.

• Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards.

• Adapt smoothly to split shifts on weekends to support private functions and events.

Skills and Experience

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial kitchen (strong handling of wok, grill, and fryer sections is highly valued).

• Availability: Must be available for a Tuesday–Sunday roster, including late finishes (up to midnight on Saturdays) and split shifts for weekend functions.

• Attributes: Reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.

• Communication: Great teamwork skills to coordinate smoothly with front-of-house staff.

• Must have full working rights in Australia.
