Position Profile: We are currently seeking to appoint a Cook.

This position is required to prepare nutritious and palatable meals as per dietary and food safe guidelines and ensures the kitchen have an effective, efficient, and patient focused catering service. Liaise together with the dietitian, speech therapist following the Food Nutrition and IDDSI guidelines. Guide food service assistant with food preparation, cleaning and update record keeping book. Weekend is cooks responsibility to fill in staff that is on sick leave.
