Experienced Line Chef / Cook – Bayblue Management Group (Glasshouse Tavern, Beerwah & Palmwoods Hotels)

Bayblue Management owns and operates the Glasshouse Tavern, Beerwah Hotel, and Palmwoods Hotel—venues known for great food, value for money, and a strong community focus. We are looking for a skilled and energetic Chef to join our kitchen team at one of our high-volume venues.

About the Role

We're after someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in consistently delivering high-quality meals. You'll be working alongside an experienced team in a well-established, family-owned hospitality business.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen

2. Ability to handle high-pressure services with calm efficiency

3. Strong work ethic, motivation, and a genuine desire for long-term career development

4. Qualification in Commercial Cookery essential

5. Availability across a rotating 5-day roster, including:

6. Lunch / dinner shifts

7. Split shifts

8. Weekends, public holidays, and school holidays

9. A current driver’s licence is highly regarded
