The Parade Hotel is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Chef de Partie to join our growing kitchen team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong chef looking to take the next step in their career. Working alongside Executive Chef Karl Wulf, you will play an important role in the continued development of our food offering, kitchen culture, and team.

The Parade Hotel is entering an exciting period of growth, with a renewed focus on quality food, fresh Western Australian produce, strong systems, and long-term team development. Future opportunities will exist across a growing hospitality group, making this an ideal role for someone looking to build a career rather than simply find their next job.

About the Role

As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will be a key member of the kitchen team, contributing to all aspects of kitchen operations and service.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality food and service standards

  • Assisting in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen

  • Maintaining consistency, organisation and efficiency during service

  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members

  • Contributing to kitchen systems, standards and continuous improvement

  • Working closely with the Executive Chef and wider kitchen team

  • Helping build a positive, professional and high-performing kitchen culture


About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef

  • Takes pride in producing quality food

  • Is organised, reliable and professional

  • Thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment

  • Leads by example and works well within a team

  • Is motivated to continue developing their skills and career

  • Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic

  • Wants to be part of building a long-term, successful kitchen team

  • Holds current Australian working rights
