The Parade Hotel is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Chef de Partie to join our growing kitchen team.

About the Role
As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will be a key member of the kitchen team, contributing to all aspects of kitchen operations and service.
Responsibilities include:
Delivering high-quality food and service standards
Assisting in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen
Maintaining consistency, organisation and efficiency during service
Supporting and mentoring junior team members
Contributing to kitchen systems, standards and continuous improvement
Working closely with the Executive Chef and wider kitchen team
Helping build a positive, professional and high-performing kitchen culture
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Has previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef
Takes pride in producing quality food
Is organised, reliable and professional
Thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Leads by example and works well within a team
Is motivated to continue developing their skills and career
Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Wants to be part of building a long-term, successful kitchen team
Holds current Australian working rights
