Peter Drayton Wines and IronBark Hill Brewhouse are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef to join our team in the Hunter Valley. Situated in Pokolbin, this role is available either Part Time or Full Time. Our kitchen operates Wednesday to Sunday for lunch, making this a rarely coveted day time only position – no early mornings or nights!
We specialise in gas and woodfired pizzas, alongside casual eats and seasonal specials. The successful candidate will bring creativity, leadership and a passion for delicious, quality food, and will work collaboratively with management and our venue staff. You will be responsible for overseeing smooth daily kitchen operations (including stock ordering) whilst maintaining a clean, hygienic and organised kitchen.
A minimum 2 years experience in a similar role is required, as well as strong organisational and communication skills. We value a positive attitude, strong work ethic and attention to detail.
We are offering a competitive salary based on experience, and a supportive team environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who are wanting a daytime position, Wednesday to Sunday.
