We’re Civeo, a leading hospitality provider supporting remote mining accommodation villages across Western Australia. We’re currently seeking experienced FIFO Chefs for both full-time 14:7 rosters and flexible casual opportunities, all flying from Perth. 

This is hands-on, high-volume work that offers strong financial rewards, career progression, and the chance to be part of a supportive team environment. 

What’s the gig? 

You’ll work on-site in remote villages, supporting large teams with high-quality meals in fast-paced kitchen environments. 

  • Preparing and cooking large-volume meals (up to thousands per day) 
  • Following structured menus and strict food safety standards (HACCP) 
  • Working collaboratively within a high-performing kitchen team 
  • Working day and/or night shifts, 12 hour days 
  • Maintaining high standards across food, hygiene, and presentation 
  • Contributing to a positive and respectful workplace culture 


FULL TIME CHEF – WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU? 

  • Starting salary from $104K + Site Allowance (varies per site) + super + night shift allowance 
  • 14 days on / 7 days off roster – Quality time at home

  • $45.78 per hour + super + nightshift allowance 
  • Flexible casual FIFO rosters to suit availability

  • Opportunity to gain FIFO experience or transition to full-time 
  • Work across a variety of sites and teams 


What we’re looking for 

  • Recognised cookery qualification (Certificate III in Commercial Cookery minimum) 
  • Previous experience in bulk catering or fast-paced kitchens 
  • Flexibility across rosters and shift types 
  • Strong team mindset and work ethic 
  • Hold a Valid WA C Class Drivers License
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical  
  • Reliable, resilient, and safety-focused – this is a physically demanding job with real rewards
