About the Chef Apprenticeship:
- Assist with food preparation and cooking under supervision
- Learn commercial kitchen techniques and food safety standards
- Maintain clean and organised workstations
- Support kitchen service during busy periods
- Follow recipes, portioning, and presentation guidelines
- Work effectively as part of a professional kitchen team
The ideal Chef Apprentice:
- Genuine interest in cooking and hospitality
- Eager to learn and take instruction
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- No prior experience required (hospitality exposure is a bonus)
- Commitment to completing your 3-year Apprenticeship
