Remote Expo Chef/All Rounder 2:2 Roster
Are you a culinary expert with a flair for multitasking? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same? We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Chef/All Rounder, ready to tantalize taste buds and tackle a variety of tasks with finesse.
Role Overview: As our Chef/All Rounder, you'll wear many hats, from whipping up continental breakfasts to the best roast dinners ever. But that's not all – you'll also lend a hand with minor administrative duties and ensure our accommodation and communal areas are kept immaculate.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve continental breakfasts and dinners with precision and passion 20-40 pax
Cook-to-order requests, catering to diverse tastes and dietary preferences where required
Create tantalizing crib lunches, keeping guests fueled for their day
Assist with minor administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and communal areas
Requirements:
Proven experience as a chef or cook, preferably in a small remote camp
Commercial Cookery Certificate or Similar Training
Ability to handle a variety of culinary tasks with efficiency and creativity
Housekeeping/Cleaning experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication
Comfortable in remote locations
Thrive in a remote setting and a small team
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and guest needs
Dedication to upholding high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
