Kailis Bros' award winning seafood restaurant and function centre are seeking the services of an experienced Sous Chef wanting to take the next step in their career and join our team.
We are open seven days a week for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner with a variety of shifts available from Monday through Sunday. We are close to Leederville train station and have on-site parking available.
We're looking for someone with:
Experience across all sections in an al-la-carte kitchen
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced, high volume restaurant.
Leadership qualities
Willingness to learn and refine seafood cooking skills & knowledge
Ablity to work independently and in a team
