POSITION CHEFS

Full time salary range $70.000 to 80.000 per year plus superannuation

Italian Taste PTY LTD trading as Quando Quando Cucina bar is looking for full time chefs to join our dynamic team with dedication to deliver premium dinning italian cuisin

Duties will include

Must have experience in Italian cooking

Cooking Contemporary dishes in accordance with the menu

Preparation contemporary dishes

Planning and development of menu in collaboration with restaurant manager

Ordering food and kitchen supplies

Discussing food preparation methods with kitchen staff and managers

Demonstrating and training of cooking techniques to employees

Involvement in the selection of food

Menu costing

Requirements .

At least relevant Diploma of Hospitalty in Commercial cookery qualification plus 1 year of full post qualification experience in the relevant position or at least 3 years of exprerience as a chef
