Meteora Vineyard is seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join the opening kitchen team of a new luxury vineyard destination in the heart of Queensland’s Granite Belt.

Designed as a refined food, wine, and hospitality experience, Meteora combines exceptional architecture, premium wines, and a seasonal Mediterranean-inspired menu focused on simplicity, produce, and thoughtful hospitality.

About the Role

Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you will play a key role in delivering a polished and consistent dining experience across restaurant service, cellar door dining, and curated guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage your section during preparation and service
• Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards
• Assist with mise en place and daily kitchen operations
• Support seasonal menu execution
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
• Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team


About You

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
• Passion for produce-led cooking and hospitality
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and organised during service
• Positive attitude and team-focused mindset

Experience in Mediterranean, European, or premium regional dining environments is highly regarded.


Remuneration

Competitive salary package based on experience.
