Role As a full-time Chef, you will have a love for preparing & cooking great products to standard, ensuring every guest who eats with us has a great food experience. You will do this by being fanatical about delivering quality food, take pride is maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety and by having the knowledge to be able to execute our standards every time.

Some of the responsibilities include:

Developing and maintaining recipes which allow the outlets to operate food and labour costs within the established budget.

Review and analyse menus, recipes and food to determine costs, profitability and success of the outlet.

Managing and supervising the kitchen brigade in the performance of their duties and ensure learning opportunities

Ensuring the quality of all food items produced are of the highest standards

Controlling the requisitioning, storage and careful use of all operating equipment and supplies

Ensuring all culinary standards comply with Company and Hotel policies and procedures
