Blackbird Melbourne brings sophistication to Finders Lane and we are seeking a Chef de Partie to join our team, you’ll own your section and play a key role in delivering consistent, high-quality food in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be:

• Running a section during high-volume service

• Supporting junior chefs and setting standards on the pass

• Maintaining prep, consistency, and cleanliness at all times

• Working closely with Sous & Head Chefs to execute service smoothly

• Contributing to a strong, team-first kitchen culture

• Confident running a section in a fast-paced kitchen

• Calm under pressure and organised in service

• Someone who takes pride in consistency and standards

You’ll be working with:

• Experienced leadership across the group (including Group Exec Chef oversight)
