You'll need

• Weekend and public holiday availability

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) and 2+ year industry experience

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery must be obtained within 6 months if not currently held

• Current Food Safety knowledge and understanding of NSW food regulations

• Valid Australian work visa or work rights required
