Pizza Chef – Join Our Brewery Team

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Pizza Chef to join our busy brewery kitchen.

This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who loves creating great food in a relaxed, fast-paced hospitality environment.

About the Role

Our brewery is open Thursday to Sunday, and we’re seeking a reliable team member who can confidently manage pizza production while assisting with the preparation of simple pub-style meals.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and stretching fresh pizza dough

• Making and cooking high-quality pizzas to a consistent standard

• Dough production and fermentation management

• Assisting with the preparation and service of basic pub meals

• Maintaining food safety and kitchen hygiene standards

• Managing stock levels and kitchen organisation

• Working efficiently during busy service periods

About You

• Previous experience as a pizza chef is essential

• Proven experience making pizza dough from scratch

• Experience working in a commercial kitchen environment

• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

• Strong attention to detail and pride in food quality

• Reliable, punctual and able to work Thursday–Sunday roster

• Food Safety Certificate preferred
